ROCKFORD – Anthony Michael Ziomeck, age 41, of Rockford and formerly of Bolingbrook, IL passed away Saturday August 22, 2020. Born in Hinsdale, IL on September 28, 1978 to Michael Anthony & Peggy Ziomeck (Jurczyk). Beloved soulmate, brother, uncle and dear friend; he will remain forever in our hearts.
He is survived by his soulmate, Andrea Johnson, sister, Rebecca Ziomeck, nephew, Alex; grandmother, Joyce (late Andy) Serna; aunts, Nancy (late David) Cooper and Suzanne (late Bob Svec) Serna; u ncle, Rick (late Amy) Williams; and numerous cousins. He is predeceased by his parents and grandparents.
Celebration of Life Memorial to be announced. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
