Antonio Rodriguez

ROCKFORD – Antonio Rodriguez, age 58, of Rockford passed away Tuesday August 1, 2017. Born in Mexico on February 14, 1959 to Carmen & Hester Rodriguez (Montoya). Antonio loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Beloved husband, father, brother and uncle, he will remain in our hearts forever.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Sipriana Rodriguez; son, Edwin Rodriguez; mother, Hester Rodriguez; siblings, Guadalupe (Socorro) Rodriguez, Noe (Veronica) Rodriguez, Elvia Rodriguez, Rene (Rosa) Rodriguez, Oscar (Mercedes) Rodriguez; as well as numerous nieces & nephews. He is predeceased by his father, Carmen Rodriguez and brother, Archimedes Rodriguez.

Mass of a Christian Burial to be held Monday August 7, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Edwards Catholic Church, 3026 11th St., Rockford, with visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family Sunday August 6, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Ave. Rockford. Interment at Scandinavian Cemetery.
