Bea Jay Neace

ROCKFORD - Bea Jay Neace, age 36, passed away on Tuesday November 21, 2017. Born in Chicago, IL on September 8, 1981 to Roy Monroe & JoAnn Faith Neace (Williams). She loved her children, they were the highlight of her life. She loved God, tubing and dancing. She enjoyed helping others, her favorite job was Shelter Care Ministries, helping the homeless. Bea had friends of all types, she didnt care if you were rich or poor, if you needed her she was there. Bea has impacted a lot of lives and she will be missed by many. Beloved mother, daughter, sister, and dear friend, she will remain in our hearts forever.

She is survived by children, Amaria Davison Neace, Anthony Louis Hernandez, Jay Monroe Neace; siblings, Billy Neace, Roy Neace Jr., Patricia Neace, Sherry White, Chester Neace, Cecil Neace, Jolleen Neace, Charlie Neace Jr., Jacob Neace, JoAnn Neace; aunt, Sherry Williams; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her parents Roy Monroe Neace & JoAnn Faith Williams.
