Bonnie Lea Seibold

DURAND, IL – Bonnie Lea Seibold, age 91, of Durand, IL passed away peacefully Monday July 15, 2024. Born in Deloit, IA on December 5, 1932 to August & Helen Krayenhagen (McKim). Bonnie retired after many years  serving as custodian at Rockford School District 205. In her younger years she enjoyed traveling and camping with her family and friends. She truly loved crocheting, cooking for family and reading a good book. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her children, Tammy (Tom) Wickenberg and Marvin (Cheryl) Seibold Jr.; grandchildren, Amy (Dan), Tommy (Kristy), Tracy (Jerry), Steven (Rebecca), Chad, Tara (Daniel), Tasha (John), Sheila, Crystal, Zach (Ronelle), Laura (Marcus), Dawn (Nick), Rick (Ramon) and Becky; numerous great grandchildren; sister, Dorothy (Lawrence) Timmerman; several nieces & nephews; and dear friends, Eleanor (Cleo) Whitlock and Debbie Welliver. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Marvin Seibold Sr.; children, Steve & Rick Seibold and Patricia Keckler; and great grandson, Jimmy.

Celebration of Life Memorial held Thursday July 25, 2024 at 12:00 noon at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Avenue, Rockford with visitation from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 noon. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.
