Brian Keith Piske

ROCKFORD – Brian Keith Piske, age 64, of Rockford passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Born in Chicago, IL on March 25, 1961 and raised in Marengo, IL, son of Elmer "Pat" & Doris Piske (Stukel). Caring, loving and thoughtful, Brian was always willing to help others in need. He loved spending time with family and friends and watching the latest episode of Judge Judy. A devoted and wonderfully beloved husband, brother, uncle and dear friend; he will remain forever in our hearts.

He is survived by his beloved husband of 10 years, Andrew Joseph Cordell; sister, Janet Moutrey; stepfather, Gordon Nelson; nieces and nephews, Jason Burmester, Felecia Fallis, Chad Johnson, Kristy (Carl) Smith, Jeremy (Mary) Cordell, Josh (Kristen) Cordell, Keri (Josh) Epperson and Beth (Lee) Blackwell; numerous great nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. He is predeceased by his father, Elmer "Pat" Piske; and mother, Doris Nelson.

Celebration of Life Memorial held Monday, June 2, 2025 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Christenson Funeral Home , 925 3rd Avenue, Rockford. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.
