Craig Alan Curry

ROCKFORD – Craig Alan Curry, age 66, of Rockford passed away peacefully at home Monday January 25, 2021. Born on October 23, 1954 in Sioux City, IA to Robert & Mavis Curry (Clay). Craig retired after many years of service at Rockford Toolcraft. He loved music and rooting for the Cubs. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and dear friend; he will remain forever in our hearts.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Deborah J. Curry (Sweeney); sons, Gage (McKensie) Curry, Jeremy Stone, Daniel (Tracey) Weeks and Joseph (Dawn) Weeks; mother, Mavis Curry; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Brian, Dale (Darla), Keith (Dawn) and Kelly (Angie); sisters, Debby (Matthew) Brown and Lori Curry; dear friends, Kim Johnson, Dawn Sweeney and Dave Celmar; and many beloved relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his father, Robert Warren Curry.

Services are Private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
