LOVES PARK – Curtis A. Anderson, age 58, of Loves Park passed away peacefully Thursday, April 17, 2025. Born in Rockford, Illinois June 11, 1966 to Carl Arthur & Betty Audrey Anderson (Lee). Curt worked for many years at Temco Grinding, Inc in Loves Park. In his spare time he loved cooking, baking, grilling and spending time relaxing with family and friends camping up north at Blackhawk Island. Beloved husband, father, brother and dear friend; he will remain forever in our hearts.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years, Traci M. Anderson (Richardson); daughter, Megan (Missy Denk) Colvin; siblings, Ronald (Peggy Johnson) Anderson and Rebecca (late Dave) Conley; niece, Kelly (John Passero) Anderson; dear friend, Keith Wilson; numerous aunts & uncles and cousins; cherished camping buddies at Blackhawk Island in the Ft. Atkinson campgrounds; and beloved dogs, Maxwell & Hanna. He is predeceased by his parents, Carl & Betty Anderson; brother, Jerome Carl Anderson; and in-laws; Chub & Cherie Norton and Paul Richardson.

Celebration of Life Memorial held Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 5:30 pm at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Avenue, Rockford, with visitation from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 5:30 pm. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.
