Dalila Pagan

ROCKFORD – Dalila Pagan, age 86, of Rockford passed away Thursday, October 29, 2026. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on April 15, 1940 to Gumersindo & Petra Pagan (Rodriguez). A collector of all things, Dalila enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She loved to dance, tidy up the outside of her home and never missed a chance to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and her crackers. Beloved mother, grand & great grandma, sister and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Magdaleno Bahena; children, Joe Oria, William (Barbara) Rivera and Jesus Bahena-Pagan; grandchildren, Maya, Alina, Joe Jr. Charlie, Messiah, Julian, Sophia and Rosie; 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Eva, Jose, Sorma and Junior; numerous nieces and nephews; and beloved dog, Brownie. She is predeceased by her parents.

Funeral Services to be held Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Ave., Rockford, with visitation from 11:00 am until the time of services at 1:00 pm. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the Family.
