ROCKFORD - Dennis Ray Gouchenour, 58, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 25, 2021.

Predeceased by his grandparents, Allen (Mildred) Gouchenour, grandparents, Hadley (Gladys) Clark, father, Eugene (Ann) Gouchenour, stepfather, Clyde Garnhart, twin brother, Daniel Gouchenour, and niece, Britannia Smith, he leaves behind his children, Amanda (Jake) Blakley and Justin Gouchenour, grandchildren, Mason and Madison, mother, Rita (Joseph) Ament, brother, Todd (Darlene) Gouchenour, sister, Susan (Pat) Smith, sister-in-law, Tammy Gouchenour, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Service will be held Thursday, September 30 at Connecting Point Church, 630 Main Street, Pecatonica, IL from 5:30- 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions to his children would be appreciated.
