Donna Kaye Evans

ROCKFORD – Donna Kaye Evans, age 59, of Rockford and formerly of Monroe Center, IL passed away peacefully Wednesday May 15, 2024. Born in Rockford on September 29, 1964 to Gary Lewis & Barbara Jane Marks (Nelson). A 1984 graduate of Stillman Valley High School. Donna loved being a homemaker, often transforming her house to a home by decorating for each and every holiday. She loved and cherished her animals, enjoyed antiquing, playing Nintendo and video games, but most of all loved sharing time with her family & friends. Beloved wife, daughter, sister and dear friend, she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her beloved husband; Kevin Evans; mother, Barbara Marks; sister, Susan (Mike) Colligan; as well as numerous nieces & nephews, aunts & uncles, cousins and many dear friends. She is predeceased by her father, Gary Marks; sister, Christy Rhoads; brother-in-law, Brian Zuberbier; and great nephew, Jackson Evans.

Celebration of Life Memorial held Saturday June 1, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 33930 N State Rd, Genoa, IL. Cremation rites accorded.
