Eugene R. Wallin Sr.

ROCKFORD- Eugene Richard Wallin Sr., age 56, of Rockford passed away Tuesday April 18, 2017. Born in Rockford on February 14, 1961 to Boyce O. & Joannie Louise Wallin Sr. (Peek). He loved cars, rooting for the Chicago Bears and fishing with a cold one in hand. Beloved husband, father and grandfather, he will remain our hearts forever.

He is survived by wife of 9 years, Vickie Ann Wallin (Fox); children, Eugene R. (Alyssa Davis) Wallin Jr., Heather Renee (Tony Utley) Wallin and Jennifer Ann (Terry) Kaja; parents, Boyce & Joannie Wallin; grandson, Zaiden Connor Castillo-Wallin; siblings, Boyce (Jeannie) Wallin Jr., Terry Wallin and Carrie (Larry) Fulkerson; several nieces & nephews and stepchildren; and beloved dog, JoJo. He is predeceased by mother of his children, Tammy Lynn Wallin (Chapman); and grandparents, Lewis & Geraldine Peck Sr.
