ROCKFORD – Frank Richard Lee Fulton, age 21, of Rockford passed away Monday April 17, 2023. Born in Rockford on April 14, 2002 the son of Kenneth Nicholas Sr. & Carol Fulton-Amenda. Outgoing, confident, charming and charismatic, Frank had a heart of gold and always found the positive in every situation. He loved trying new & exotic foods, spending time with his family & friends and spoiling his precious baby. The best dad, Frank worked hard, played hard and truly possessed a kindhearted & forgiving soul that will be dearly missed. Beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew and dear friend, he will remain forever in our hearts.

He is survived by his beloved infant daughter, Elizabeth June Fulton; mother, Carol Fulton-Amenda; father, Kenneth Nicholas Sr.; siblings, Skylar Fulton, Kenneth Nicholas Jr., Patrick Nicholas and Jacquelyn Smith; nephews, Jayme & Jude Fulton; and numerous aunts & uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by grandparents; Beverly Shanowatt, Harvey Nicholas, Richard Fulton and Martha Laster Fulton.
