Irma C. Jimenez

LOVES PARK - Irma C. Jimenez, age 72, of Loves Park passed away peacefully Monday November 18, 2024. Born in Allende, Coahuila Mexico on September 22, 1952 to Rafael Chavez & Victoria Contreras. Irma enjoyed the art of crafts & hobbies and never missed a chance to play BINGO. Beloved mother, grandma, sister and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by children, Irma M. Jimenez, Oscar J. Jimenez, Luis A. Jimenez and Veronica Jimenez; grandchildren, Marisol, Victoria, Fernando Jr., Avianna and Fabian; siblings, Elva Chavez and Rafael (Diana) Chavez; and several nieces & nephews. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 43 years, Oscar Guzman Jimenez; siblings, Manuel, Guadalupe and Francisco Chavez; and her parents.

Funeral Services held Monday December 2, 2024 at 12:00 noon at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Ave., with visitation from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 noon. Internment at Calvary Cemetery. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
