ROCKFORD - Jack Dale Smith of Rockford, Illinois, passed away peacefully at home to be with the Lord on May 21st., 2022. He was born in Danville, Illinois on February 11th, 1933. Regardless of his busy work life, he always made time for family, putting them first. In fact, it was his drive to such a lengthy, productive life. He will be sorely missed.
