ROCKFORD – Jacqueline Darlene (Colquitt) Clay, age 62, of Rockford passed away peacefully Tuesday November 1, 2022. Born in Knoxville, TN on November 27, 1959 to Jack & Evelyn (Ott) Colquitt Sr. Beloved daughter, sister, aunt and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her sisters, Cathy (Gary) Wesemann, Lisa (Nod) Sotakoun, Pam (Doug) Minnick and Faith (Steve) Bennett; step-mother, Helen Colquitt; uncle, Ron Farley; brother-in-law, Alberto Gutierrez; numerous nieces & nephews; and dear friend, Lori Tapica. She is predeceased by her mother, Evelyn Neal; father, Jack Colquitt Sr.; and brothers, Jack Jr. and Wendell Colquitt; and sister, Sandra K. Gutierrez.

Services are Private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.

A special Thank You to nephew, Jessie Powell and his fianc é Jennifer Blackman for their love and exceptional care & support in caring for Jacqueline after her sister passed in January 2022.
