Janet Dow

ROCKFORD – Janet Dow, age 63, passed away peacefully on Monday June 12, 2017. Born in Chicago, IL on February 28, 1954 to Robert & Patricia Reschke (Barkolis). Janet was a free spirit, who loved reading, traveling and exploring the great outdoors. She was a loving mother, and she adored her sister Anita. Beloved mother, sister and dear friend, she will remain in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her son, David Dow; sister, Anita Sager; Brother, Andrew Reschke. She is predeceased by her parents.

Services are private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
