Jason Joseph Bristol

ROCKFORD – Jason Joseph Bristol, age 48, of Rockford passed away Sunday February 27, 2022. Born in San Mateo, California on August 1, 1973 to John William & Mildred Vivian Bristol (Palmer). Jason had a "Heart of Gold" and would give you the shirt off his back, always there with an open door, a roof over your head and place for anyone in need. Lifetime sealcoater and proud owner operator of Done Right Seal & Stripe. The best dad, he truly loved spending time with his boys and enjoyed coaching their football & wrestling teams any chance he could get. Jason will be missed for his great smile, big dimples and giving the best hugs. Beloved father, grandfather, brother and dear friend; he will remain forever in our hearts.

He is survived by his sons, Alex (Alexandra) Bristol, Trent (Hannah) Bristol and Aiden Bristol; grandchildren, Kaiden, Kyson, Adden and Zayne; former spouse and mother of Alex & Trent, Jill Bristol-Hartley; siblings, John (Cindy) Pond, Lewis B. (Leslie) Pond, Bonnie (Eddie) Dahlberg and Anthony (Pam) Bristol; numerous nieces & nephews; and many dear friends. He is predeceased by his parents.

Funeral Services held Monday March 7, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Avenue, with Visitation from 3:00 pm until the time of services at 5:00 pm. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.
