ROCKFORD- Jean Eige, age 60, "the woman who's not afraid of anything" peacefully escaped the current state of affairs of our nation on Saturday January 16, 2021 after losing her battle with cancer. She will be immeasurably missed by her husband Don, brother John, daughter Christine, son Conner, and two grand cats.
There will be no services, per Jean's request. In lieu of flowers, etc. Jean has asked for donations to help the family pay for her medical expenses.
Before her passing, Jean forged a legacy of laughter, love, creativity, loudly and openly voicing her opinions... and all the wisdom that came with it.
"Stand up for what you believe in, even if that means standing alone."
