Jesse C. Mcduell

LOVES PARK – Jesse C. McDuell, age 67, of Loves Park passed away peacefully Thursday June 13, 2024. Born in Fort Lauderdale, FL on January 4, 1957 to Walter Milburne & Marianne McDuell (Wood). Jesse started his career working at Publix, then after entering the US Air Force he worked his way to attain the highest rank of Technical Sergeant and became a Structural Repair Specialist as well as helping with computers. After his service he worked as a Computer Repair Specialist at local schools and area networks, and most recently he was employed as a Computer Architect for Entré Computer Solutions. A proud member of Beth Eden United Methodist Church in Rockford, Jesse volunteered as Scout Master for Boy Scouts Troop 2 and also served in the Order of the Arrow. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and dear friend, he will remain forever in our hearts.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Elaine Marie McDuell (Yates); children, Phillip Bryan (Cindy) McDuell, Pinky Amanda Lynne McDuell, James Peter (late Chuck Daughtery) McDuell and Jacob Andrew Carey (Elizabeth) McDuell; grandchildren, Isabelle & Beau Carlock; and parents, Walter & Marianne McDuell. He is predeceased by his son, Patrick David Yates McDuell.

Funeral Services are Private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
