Jessica Higgins

ROCKFORD- Jessica D. Higgins, age 48, of Rockford and formerly of Kodak, TN passed away Friday March 4, 2022. Born in Rockford on November 5, 1973 to Jane Betty Higgins. Always looking her best, Jessica loved doing her hair & makeup and adored a good tan. She enjoyed Horror movies from every era, decorating for Halloween and taking pictures of everything. A talent in the kitchen, Jessica loved making favorite meals for her children & grandchildren, her true pride & joy. Beloved mother, daughter, sister and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her children, Richard Rowe, Christopher Rowe, Chelsea Rowe and Hailee Rowe; grandchildren, Cameron Rowe, Emma Covington, Eli Rowe, Darius Stifter and Harmony; mother, Jane (Michael) Moore; sister, Maranda (John) Earlywine and Mellisa (Kenneth) Lucarz; numerous nieces and nephews; dear friend, Margo Littlejohn. She is predeceased by her dog, Missy.
