Joan Frances Mcgoom

ROCKFORD – Joan Frances McGoom, age 90, of Rockford passed away peacefully Saturday, January 4, 2025. Born in Los Angeles, CA on March 28, 1934 to Charles & Frances (Blood) Boggio. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by daughters, Luellen McGoom, Edele Kratchmer, Tari Young and Bryan McGoom; granddaughters, Tracey and Jamie; grandsons, Brandon and Derrick; and brother, Theodore (late Rosie) McDonald. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward McGoom; and her parents.

Celebration of Life Memorial to be announced. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Cremation rites accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.
