John Joseph Kowalkowski

POPLAR GROVE – John Joseph Kowalkowski, age 66, of Poplar Grove and formerly of Chicago passed away Sunday December 17, 2017, Born in Goodman, WI on May 2, 1951 to Joseph Stanley & Elizabeth Kowalkowski (Przybocki). He loved driving, taking trips, cowboys and westerns; but most of all spending time with his family. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and dear friend; he will remain inour hearts forever.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Margaret Kowalkowski (McGonagle); sons, John (Robin) Kowalkowski, Edward McGonagle and Joseph (Mindy Bullock) Kowalkowski; grandchildren, Bailey & Dalton; sisters, Geri (Phil) Atwell and Linda Kowalkowski; numerous nieces & nephews; and kitty, Oreo. He is predeceased by his parents; and beloved Husky, Sapphire.
