Jonathan William Zahrt
ROCKFORD – Jonathan William Zahrt, age 68, of Rockford formerly of Caledonia passed away peacefully Wednesday February 20, 2019. Born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 2, 1951 to William R. Zahrt & Eleanor Jane Bannister. Wonderfully and mechanically inclined, Jonathan loved working outdoors on cars and small engines. He will remain in our hearts forever.
He is survived by family, Michelle (Susan Borden) Kinney, Charles, Michael & Robert Kinney, Aubrianna & Hannah Kinney, Hazyl, Jaxtyn, Aaliyah, Kylyn Kinney, James (Sue Ann) Zahrt and Julie Courson. He is predeceased by parents, William & Eleanor Zahrt; and sister, K.C. Richter.
Services are private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
