Jose Angel Perez

ROCKFORD – Jose Angel Perez, age 55, of Rockford passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 30, 2018. Born in Mexico on October 1, 1962 to Juan & Arcadia Perez (Garcia). Jose loved fishing and preaching the Ministry of Faith. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and dear friend; he will remain in our hearts forever.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Malena Perez (Lara); son, Fernando Perez; grandchildren, Armando, Alanna & Ulises; siblings, Martina (Norbert), Leticia (Fermin), Juan (Paula) Perez, Blanca Perez-Munoz. He is predeceased by his parents; 2 sisters; and brother.

Memorial Service held on Saturday February 3, 2018 at 5:00 pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1905 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, with visitation from 3:00 pm until the time of services at 5:00 pm. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
