ROCKFORD – Judith Ann Kozak, age 68, of Rockford passed away peacefully Tuesday February 19, 2019. Born in Beloit, WI on March 6, 1950 to George & Florence Ulven (Rhyner). Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend; she will remain in our hearts forever.
She is survived by children, Candice Noriega, Marc Oldenburger and Tammi Kinneston; grandchildren, Kayla, Mia, David, Lauren and Casey; brother, Albert (Nancy) Ulven; and nieces & nephews, Mike, Marc and Michelle. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles Kozak.
Services are Private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
