Lori Brownstein

ROSCOE - Lori Aileen Brownstein, age 67, of Roscoe and formerly of Skokie, IL passed away Saturday January 15, 2022. Born in Chicago, IL on November 6, 1954 to Seymour H. and Evelynn Brownstein (Lapin). Smart, loving and ambitious, Lori loved reading and held two Masters degrees as a proud graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne and DePaul University. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Enrique Suarez; sons, Jason Suarez and Jonathan Suarez; granddaughters, Mayali and Niara; siblings, Michael (Debra) Brownstein, Steven Brownstein, Cathy (Mitchell) Feiger and Pamela (Ron) Worth; cousins, Lonnie (Barbara) Hoffman, Carol Hoffman and Debra Hoffman; numerous nieces & nephews; and her service dog, Riley. She is predeceased by her parents; and aunt, Shirley Hoffman.

Services are private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
