Lynnette Mary Kabelman

ROCKFORD – Lynnette Mary Kabelman, age 58, of Rockford passed away Friday January 10, 2020. Born in Chicago on October 19, 1961 to Jordyce Krispen. Lynnette enjoyed playing her odds at online sweepstakes and had a lucky game when it came to winning, often times showering her grandchildren with her prizes. She adored her grandchildren and loved spending time playing monopoly and spoiling them any chance she could take. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend; she will remain in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her daughter, Lynnette Mary McCarthy; grandchildren, Caleb Andrew, Lana Marie and Callie Antoinette; siblings, Jorie Fischer, Robert McCarthy and Charlene Allen; nieces & nephews, Lexus & Chantay Kilpatrick, Brianna Anderson and Terrance Brown; great nephew, Jordan Anderson; dear friend, Linda Johnson; numerous cousins; and beloved cat, Baxter. She is predeceased by her mother, Jordyce Fischer.

Celebration of Life Memorial held in summer 2020 – date & time to be announced. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.
