Ma Guadalupe Alejos

ROCKFORD – Ma Guadalupe Alejos (nee Buenaventura Miranda), age 85, of Rockford passed away peacefully Saturday June 17, 2023. Born in Patamban, Michoacan, Mexico on October 13, 1938 to Roman Buenaventura Loza & Ines Miranda Zavala. A devoted Catholic and beloved mother & grandmother; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by children, Maria Alejos, Virgilio Alejos, Jose Luis Alejos, Ubaldino Alejos and Veronica Alejos; 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Filiberto Alejos; and son, Arnoldo Alejos.

Visitation held Friday June 30, 2023 from 4 -8 PM at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Ave., Rockford. Mass of Christian Burial held Saturday July 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 2505 School St., Rockford, with visitation from 9 AM until the time of Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Memorials to the Family.
