ROCKFORD- Melvin Lorenz Fosler, age 95, of Rockford passed away peacefully Wednesday October 7, 2020. Born in Durand, IL on October 5, 1925 to Lorenz & Lucille Frances Fosler (Winne). A proud Veteran of the US Army, beloved father and dear friend; he will remain in our hearts forever.
He is survived by his son, Daniel Fosler. He is predeceased by his son, Douglas; wife, Margaret; and his parents.
Services are Private. Cremation rites accorded. Inurnment at Scandinavian Cemetery, Rockford. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
