Monica Faye Mills

BELVIDERE – Monica Faye Mills, age 71, of Belvidere passed away peacefully on Monday October 1, 2018. Born in Ridgeway, IL on May 2, 1947 to James & Bernice Mills (Bayer). Monica worked for Rockford Memorial Hospital as a Surgical Nurse for over 20 years. She enjoyed kids and all different types of animals, but her favorite was cats. Beloved sister, aunt and dear friend; she will remain in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her beloved nephew, Christopher S. Mills; siblings, Pat (Dee) Mills, Regina (late Ken) Olson, Michael (Coretta) Mills, Vickie Piotter (Mills) and Roger (Shaku) Mills; sister-in-law, Pauline Medhurst; and numerous nieces & nephews. She is predeceased by her parents; siblings, Robert Medhurst, Rosemary Davis & Rita Mosley.
