ROCKFORD – Nancy Lee Holt, age 67, of Rockford passed away peacefully Friday August, 11, 2017. Born in Rockford on June 20, 1950 to Leslie & Irene Holt (Maculan). Nancy loved to read books, watch sports and root for the Chicago Cubs & Bears. Beloved wife, sister, grandmother and dear friend, she will remain in our hearts forever

She is survived by her husband, David Wallace Melson; brother, Gary Holt; step-daughter, Patricia Serrano; granddaughters, Hailey, Ericka & Brianna; aunt, Grace Maculan; nephews, Matt & Drew; and numerous cousins. She is predeceased by her parents; and brother, Lewis Holt.

Memorial Services to be held on Wednesday August 16, 2017 at 12:00 noon at Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3 ^rd Avenue, with visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of services at noon . Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.
