Norman David Trenholm

ROCKFORD-Norman David Trenholm, age 77, of Rockford passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Friday October 27,2017. Born in Rockford on February 5, 1940 to Harold & Olive Trenholm (Smith). He enjoyed fishing, working on cars and talking on his CB Radio, under the radio handle of "Nightrider". Beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend; he will remain in our hearts forever.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Glenda Sue Trenholm (Bland); children, Chris (Ana) Trenholm, Tena (Gary) Martin, Lisa (Virgil) McCagi, Scott Trenholm and Norman Heffelfinger; grandchildren & great-grandchildren, Ariah, Selena, Trinity, Caleb, Sara, Ayden, Weiland, Henry, Angel, Ember, Tom, Blaze, Crystal, Sierra, Elliott, Lydia, Sophia, Allyssa, Breana, Zachary, Trinity and Aiden; brother, Lee (Dee) Trenholm; numerous nieces & nephews; and beloved Shitzus, Gizmo & Baby Girl.

Predeceased by parents; siblings, Ralph Trenholm, Daniel Trenholm, Irla Waters, Pat Trentholm, Gerald Trenholm and Ted (Betty) Trenholm; daughter, Jackie Wagoner; grandson Sebestian Trenholm;

Memorial Services to be held Sunday November 5, 2017 at 4:00 pm at Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3 ^rd Avenue, Rockford, with visitation from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 4:00 pm. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
