Oleta M. Kingcade

ROCKFORD – Oleta M. Kingcade, age 88, of Rockford for 30 years and formerly of Lynn, AR passed away peacefully Tuesday July 25, 2017.  Born in Egypt, AR to John & Mary Cook (Moefield). A sweet, loving and devote Christian, Oleta had a heart of gold. A master of all trades, she was a certified plumber & electrician. She loved the outdoors and gardening, and was an avid hunter. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend, she will remain in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Gerard) Smith; grandchildren, Jason (Lisa) Smith, Jazman (Jamie) Armstrong, Brent Kingcade, Holly Muniz and Melissa (Rob) Nichols; great grandchildren, Jayden, Myah, Savannah, Ethan, Rue and Joshua; daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Kingcade; sister, La Juan Smith; special nieces, Sherry & Frances; as well as numerous nieces & nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Claude J. Kingcade; son, Kim Kingcade; brothers & sisters, Myrtle Hart, Claude Cook, Ruth Jones, Raymond Cook, Pearl Jones, Clarence Cook, Corine Colburn, Helen Arnold and James Cook.
