Pamela Rae Harshbarger

DAVIS – Pamela Rae Harshbarger, age 57, of Davis and formerly of Roscoe passed away peacefully Wednesday December 5, 2018. Born in Rockford on May 4, 1961 to James Francis & Judy Rae Bee (Rumelhart). An avid gardener and proud member of Salem Lutheran Church, Pam worked for many years as a Registers Nurse. Loving and caring in all her ways, her greatest love was her family. Beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and dear friend, she will remain in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, David Loren Harshbarger; children, Adam C. Harshbarger, Tyler R. Harshbarger and Hannah R.B. Harshbarger; parents, James & Judy Bee; sister, Paula K. (James) Schroeder; nieces & nephews, Scott, Brent, Bryan, Laura, Julie, Andrew, Mikaela and Kennedy; father-in-law, Major Robert L. Harshbarger; special friend, Sue Diddens; numerous friends and co-workers; and beloved dogs, Gemma & Lucy. She is predeceased by her brother, Christian J. Bee; niece, Sharon French; and mother-in-law, Anita M. Harshbarger.

Funeral Services held Monday December 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Salem Lutheran Church, 1629 S 6th St, Rockford, with visitation from 10:00 Am until the time of services at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family Sunday December 9, 2018 from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3 ^rd Ave., Rockford. Cremation rites accorded. In lieu of flowers memorials to American Cancer Society; Team Lucky Ducks of Stephenson County in honor of Pam.
