Paul Darl Remmers

ROCKFORD – Paul Darl Remmers, age 56, of Rockford passed away peacefully Wednesday January 4, 2023. Born in Rockford, IL on January 20, 1966 to Paul R. Remmers & Billie Jo Weber (Kluth). Paul, "Tiger" was a huge fan of the Oak Ridge Boys, Kenny Rogers and the Chicago Cubs. His passion for music & baseball brought him so much joy. Nothing, however, compared to the love he had for his mother, Billie Jo. He loved her more than life. Paul also cherished his kitties over the years – Victoria being his current fur baby, kept him very busy. Paul enjoyed family gatherings and time with his siblings and nieces & nephews. He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by sisters, Judy (Randy) Goodman and Gwen (John) Lopez; nephew, Jesse Rossi; nieces, Christie (Jeremy) Myhren and Carmen (Jamie) Logan; great niece, Lilly; and great nephews, Payton, Gauge & Bristol. He is predeceased by his father, Paul L. Remmers; and mother, Billie Jo Weber.

Celebration of Life Memorial held Friday January 13, 2023 at 12:00 noon at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Ave., with visitation from 11:00 am until the time of services at 12:00 noon. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.
