Peggy Lynn Tufly

L OVES PARK, IL – Peggy Lynn Tufly, age 58, of Loves Park, IL passed away peacefully Sunday August 4, 2024. Born in Council Bluffs, IA on May 20, 1966 to Ronald J. & Joan E. Tufly (Beaman). Peggy enjoyed crafting and creating visually dazzling, mosaic diamond painting artworks. She loved connecting with friends online and watching Mystery Pearl video reveals. Most of all she cherished spending time with her grandchildren; spoiling them any chance she could get, her true pride and joy. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her children, Tiffany Richard, Patrick Tufly, Cassandra Prince, Sallie Prince and Trevor Tufly; grandchildren, Miyah, Ari, Emoni, Frannie, Nolan, Symphony, Maddilyn, Maddison, Karvontae and Jeremiah; siblings, Wayne (Tina) Tufly, Mary (Steve) Amundson and Jeani (Duane) Kimmons; several nieces & nephews; special friends, LeAnne, Dee and Michelle; and many dear friends. She is predeceased by her parents.

Celebration of Life Memorial held Saturday August 10, 2024 at 11:00 am at Firstborn Ministries, 8213 N Alpine Rd, Loves Park, with visitation from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am with Pastor W.L. Maynard officiating. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.
