Quinn Jake Riley

ROCKFORD – Quinn Jake Riley Sr., age 74, of Rockford passed away peacefully on Friday April 6, 2018. Born in Rockford on February 7, 1944 to Quentin Jay & Maxine Riley (Reams). A Veteran of the United States Army. Quinn was also a a proud member of the Masonic Lodge, Moose Lodge, White Eagles Club, Shriners and VFW. Beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and dear friend; he will remain in our hearts forever.

He is survived by sons, Quinn Riley Jr. and Shane (Ashley) Riley; step-daughter, Sherry (Floyd) Thompson; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia Long; best friend, Barb Buss; and many nieces & nephews; and dear friends. He is predeceased by his wife, Jemmie Lee Riley; grandson, Christopher; sister, Sandy Ames.

Services are private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
