Randall James Bauer

ROCKFORD – Randall "Randy" James Bauer, age 49, of Rockford passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 27, 2017. Born in Rockford on August 27, 1967 to Clyde James & Mary Ann Bauer (Fowler). Randy was an avidly hard worker, with an enthusiasm for anything with a motor that could be tinkered with. He always strived for the best display of holiday lights and decorations. He was dedicated to his job, friends and most of all his family. His loving, fun, out-going, laid back and giving spirit will greatly be missed. Beloved father, grandfather, son, and dear friend, he will always remain in our hearts & memories forever.

He is survived by children, Branden (Jessica) Bauer, Felicia (Thurston) Bracy, Vanessa (Rod) Vogeler, Jacob Bauer; grandchildren, Martiqa, Jalynn, Chloe, Abey, Luke and Zack; father, Clyde James (Lois) Bauer; mother, Mary Ann Bauer; dear friends, Steve & Russell; mother of his first 3 children, Candy (Robert) Graika. He is predeceased by his wife of 18 years and mother of his youngest, Pamela Bauer (Kiger).

A Celebration of Life Memorial to be held Saturday July 8th, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Avenue, with visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.
