MACHESNEY PARK – Ronnie Wilson, age 74, of Machesney Park passed away peacefully Wednesday March 31, 2021. Born in Rockford on June 24, 1946 to Robert E. Lee & Dorothy Ann Wilson (Breretom). Ronnie loved to watch WWF and WWE wrestling and would talk about it all the time with anyone that would visit. A retired mechanic, he always loved to help others out when he could. He has gone home to be with his family. He will be extremely missed and always loved.

He is survived by nephews, Robert Wilson and Joe Wilson; niece, Melissa Wilson; and niece & longtime caregiver, April Thomas. He is predeceased by his parents; and siblings.

Services are Private. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
