Sharon Frances Ferson

ROCKFORD – Sharon Frances Ferson, age 82, of Rockford and formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away peacefully Friday, June 20, 2025. Born in Janesville, WI on October 30, 1942 to Phillip & Mary Fanning (Park). Sharon enjoyed crafting, making everything pretty and traveling the world with her husband, Clifford. Her proudest moment was the day she and her husband accepted Jesus as Lord & Savior. Beloved sister, aunt and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by sisters, Kathleen Spradling, Kathryn Hogan and Brenda Crane; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Clifford J. Ferson; brothers, Marvin & Jim Bullard; and her parents.

Graveside Services at Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery, 6202 Charles Street, Rockford, to be announced. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.
