Stanley Mark Hall

ROCKFORD – Stanley Mark Hall, age 68, of Rockford and formerly of Florida and Chicago, IL passed away peacefully at home Monday May 30, 2022. Born in Belvidere, IL on August 2, 1953 to Allen John Hall & Margaret Roberta (Biggs) Schwebke. Stanley attended Poplar Grove Grade School and graduated from North Boone High School class of 1971, after high school he enlisted in the US Air Force. A proud Veteran and Gay Pride advocate, Stan was a master of the Stained Glass Arts. He created numerous ornaments & works of art for his family & friends. He loved the piano and in his younger years enjoyed playing duets with his sister. Beloved brother, uncle and dear friend; he will remain forever in our hearts.

He leaves behind his sister, Margie M. Mullins of Tennessee; and longtime friends & roommates, Harold Ogden-Sente & Jose Sente; numerous nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews; and beloved dog, Baby. He is predeceased by his mother, Margaret (Raymond) Schwebke; father, John Hall; and brothers, Terry & Bob; and beloved dog, Marketa.

Celebration of Life Memorial will be held Monday June 6 , 2022 at 6:00 PM at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 920 3rd Ave., Rockford, with visitation from 5:00 PM until time of service at 6:00 PM. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
