Theresa L. Vasquez

ROCKFORD – Theresa L. Vasquez, age 46, of Rockford passed away peacefully Wednesday April 5, 2023. Born in Rockford on September 13, 1976 the daughter of Donald & Sandra Perrine (Osborne). Theresa worked at BJ's Lounge in Rockford. She enjoyed fishing, shopping and getting her makeup just right. Most of all she truly loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren, her true pride & joy. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend, she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Roger Vasquez; daughters, Alyssa N. Perrine (Rafa Abrego) and Ariana R. Vasquez (Danny DePaz); siblings, Don (Nikki) Perrine, Tina (Pat) Baxter and Lorrie King; grandchildren, Davina & Noah DePaz and Anakin Abrego; numerous nieces & nephews; and beloved pets, Dino, Dora, Hercules, Lola and Leo. She is predeceased by parents; Don & Sandy Perrine.

Funeral Services held Monday April 17, 2023 at 12:00 noon at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3 ^rd Ave., Rockford, with visitation from 10:00 am until the time of services at 12:00 noon. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Memorials to the family.
