Virginia Jean Walsh

ROCKFORD – Virginia Jean Walsh, age 47, of Rockford passed away peacefully Tuesday October 19, 2021. Born in Rockford on September 20, 1974 to Richard & Nancy Lanning (Campisi). Outgoing, generous and kind, Virginia always looked out for others and possessed a caring personality that everybody loved. The "boss" of everything, she enjoyed playing darts and spending time with her family and friends. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend; she will remain forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her children; Bryant (Naomi Villa) Price and Samantha (Jonathan) Swinbank; granddaughters; LeAnne & Lilyan Swinbank; siblings, Becky (Stevie) Richter, Dwayne (Kelley) White, Joe (Melissa) Schutt, Tammy (Roger) Gowin, Marcy Hecker, Christina Campisi and Ann Hawley; numerous nieces & nephews; dear friend, Jorge; companion, Jason Schade; and beloved dogs, Gypsy & Lola "Beans". She is predeceased by her parents and dear friend, Lenny.
