Yvonne Annette Dmochowski

ROCKFORD – Yvonne Annette Dmochowski, age 79, of Rockford passed away peacefully on Thursday April 20, 2017. Born in Freeport, IL on May 29, 1937 to William & Theodora Horan (Crain). Yvonne worked for many years at the Moose Club and Cliffbreakers. She enjoyed sewing, watching football & baseball and rooting for the Chicago Cubs. Beloved mother, grandmother and friend, she will remain in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her children, William (Debra) Makosh, Laurie (Jeff) Fowler, Sherryl Kite and John (Laurie) Makosh; 11 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank Dmochowski and her parents.

A Celebration of Life Memorial to be held Sunday April 30, 2017 at the Rockford Speedway, 9572 Forest Hills Rd., Loves Park, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.  Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.
